Fedora : sudo yum install gparted
Ubuntu/Kubuntu : sudo apt-get install gparted
Also add ntfsprogs to be able to format NTFS partitions in Linux by
Fedora : sudo yum install ntfsprogs
Ubuntu/kubuntu : sudo apt-get install ntfsprogs

I use Fedora Gnome and i solve my error going to System->Preferences->Personal->Preferred Applications and i choose default browser.
